I bought this item on 8 January 2025 and up to now I have not received my order or any further information about delivery date and time.I send email and call but cannot get through to them.My money is gone
Received incredible service from Buildsaver and very happy with the product. The cupboards are sturdy and easy to assemble and fit standard cube storage containers.
The service received from BuildSaver has been exceptional. We purchased two 4-box shelves initially which were delivered in days. We then ordered another 2 which took about 2 weeks to be delivered (note that this was over the Christmas and New Year period thus it is still far faster than many other companies are delivering). We followed up and then they gave us something extra to apologise for the delay in delivery and lack of communication over the Christmas/New Year period.
On delivery of the second order, I tried to construct the shelf that afternoon but one of the types of screws were missing. I WhatsApp'ed BuildSaver and the next morning (Saturday morning) they delivered the missing screws and other spares.
Incredible shopping experience, will definitely be a return customer. Thank you!
